Delivery Information
UK Mainland Excluding Scottish Highlands
- Delivery to UK Mainland addresses for orders of £79.00 or over is free of charge.
- Our normal courier partner is DPD
- On the morning of delivery our courier will text or email you with a 1 hour slot.
- Should you not be able to accept delivery you will have the option via the DPD app of re scheduling the delivery, leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place.
- Our average delivery time is 2 – 5 days
- If there are any out of stock issues with your order, a member of staff will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the choice of leaving the items on back order or cancelling the order.
Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, N Ireland & Isle of Man
- Due to fluctuating courier prices we quote for shipping to these destinations at the time of order. Quotations are on a per parcel basis, and are charged at cost plus VAT.
- If you have placed your order a member of staff will contact you with a shipping quotation which can be securely paid by credit or debit card over the phone. You can also pay by bank transfer or Paypal. If you do not accept the shipping quotation you have the right to cancel the order. We are also happy for you to appoint your own couriers to collect from us.
- Shipping to these destinations may not be on a next day basis. A member of staff will be happy to talk you through potential delivery schedules at the point of order.
Important Information
- Nottingham Lighting Centre is not responsible for any out of pocket expenses, including electricians fees, as a result of late delivery or transit damage. We therefore strongly advise waiting to book professional installation services until you have received you order and you have checked your items.
- We take great care to package your order so that it arrives safe and sound, however, please check your items for any obvious signs of damage as soon as you receive them.
- Legal ownership of the goods passes to you once you have taken delivery, please check your order is present and correct and report any issues to us as soon as possible.
