If there are any out-of-stock issues with your order, a member of staff will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the choice of leaving the items on backorder or cancelling the order.

Nottingham Lighting Centre is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses, including electrician fees, as a result of late delivery or transit damage. We therefore strongly advise waiting to book professional installation services until you have received you order and you have checked your items.

We take great care to package your order so that it arrives safe and sound, however, please check your items for any obvious signs of damage as soon as you receive them.

Legal ownership of the goods passes to you once you have taken delivery, please check your order is present and correct and report any issues to us as soon as possible.
