Pendant Ceiling Lights
Pendant ceiling lights as a general rule are suspended from the ceiling on an adjustable chain or suspension. Typically pendant lights do not follow the classical multi arm design of the traditional centre light, instead, one or more light sources are contained within a decorative enclosure normally made of metal,glass or fabric.
Although it is usual to see pendants in all areas of the home, they are put to particularly good use in halls, stairs and landings. They work especially well over kitchen islands and dining room tables. They are even being used either side of the bed as a replacement for the conventional bedside table lamp.
