Our courier partners will contact you by text message or email on the morning of delivery to notify you of a one hour delivery slot. Should you be unable to accept delivery, you will have options to redeliver on another day, leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour.

If for any reason we have any availability issues with any products ordered, a member of staff will contact you immediately. We will advise you as to the nature of the issue and you will have the option of cancelling the order and receive a full refund, or wait until we are able to ship.
